At MULA Retreats, we curate heartfelt and safe spaces for anyone and everyone to step in to rest unapologetically, to return home, to be included, seen, heard, celebrated, supported, nurtured, worthy, loved. Our mission is to

normalize ugly cries, heartbreaks, not knowing,

practice deep listening not problem solving,

cultivate critical thinking and deep self-inquiry, not dumping and projecting,

observe from love, not absorb to be loved,

deprogram, demystify, unlearn and unpack what does not align with our truest desires and values,

Holding Space

We trust in the divine timing where each retreat will magnetize and attract its own sacred tribe, hence we keep the group intimate and only limited spots are available. Real magic unfolds when strangers come together as individuals but walk away as a cohesive group, often surprised at the 'gifts' from what we thought to be just a weekend getaway as they continue to linger in our lives long after the retreat.

MULA Retreats had been curated to serve each individual in varied ways in honour of their own journey and growth through reconnecting with nature and community. While there may be plentiful experiences as a group, there will also be ample time and space for us to focus on our personal journey and wellbeing. Together as we hold space for one another, respectfully abiding to the retreat guidelines, we are allowed to soften and surrender ourselves to the journey.

Conscious Connection

In the mornings we begin practicing reverential silence and allow ourselves to wholly immerse in the embrace of nature, reminding we are the microcosm within the macrocosm of this vast universe. Within stillness, we are made aware of the contents of our awareness. Within awareness, there is conscious connection to the mind, body and soul.

Followed by sunrise Yang yoga practices and guided breathwork to move energies and stir up heat within to fuel us through the day. Each retreat will have unique and diverse programs to run through the day, leaving sufficient time for everyone to mingle with the group or explore the space and be on their own.

We end evenings with sunset Yin yoga practices, paired with a mixture of meditation, soundbath, rituals and rest, sending everyone off to a deep state of relaxation.
